How we work

We tell you what is confirmed.

Each business keeps its own record and says which answers are confirmed and which are still to check. Here is what goes into each one.

  1. 01 Consulting

    A record for every tender

    The reference, the funder, the submission deadline, the clarification date and our role: sole bidder, or lead, member or sub-consultant with partners. A reminder reaches us a week before the submission deadline, while there is still time to act.

  2. 02 Real estate

    Three answers for every property

    Whether the title deed (tapu) is issued; whether the property is ready to move in, under construction or off-plan; and whether it appears suitable for a Turkish citizenship-by-investment application. That last answer is our reading of the rules on the day we record it, not a decision or legal advice. An answer not yet checked is marked “not checked”, never left blank.

  3. 03 Import & export

    One stage at a time

    Booked, in transit, customs, delivered: each consignment moves one step at a time. The bill of lading and the customs papers are filed on its record, and the delivery day is logged against the estimated arrival date (ETA). A lost, returned or cancelled consignment is recorded as such.
